Chairman / CEO.
Hon Osita Opara has over twenty-five years of Board level experience in many business sectors like Finance, Real Estate Development, Business Development, Export, Auctioneering and Investments. He had the rare privilege of having been a successful Chief Executive Officer in the Public Sector (2 Time Local Government Chairman) and Private Sector (Founder and First CEO of Tower Securities and Investment Company Ltd) that is trading in the Nigeria Stock Exchange. An urbane and cerebral individual with proven and cognate work experience needed to effectively and efficiently navigate challenges and add value to Intermillenium Investments Ltd.

He has been the Chairman/CEO of Intermillenium Investments Limited from 2000 till date
He has a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He also has an Advanced Diploma in Property Auctioneering from the University of Ibadan ( Oyo State)
He is a Fellow of several professional bodies including ;

Dr. Joy Opara,
Director, Projects.
Dr. Joy Opara is a Fellow member of the Chartered institute of Information and Strategy Management. Dr Joy had her first degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna state Nigeria and Masters in Business Administration from Ambrose Ali
University, Edo state, Nigeria
Joy Opara had an impressive career during which she developed expertise in business management, banking operations and relationship management while competently handling revenue generation, business development and financial management. She has strong proficiency in operations management, project management, negotiations management, budgeting and forecasting, marketing strategies, client acquisition and customer service.
Emmanuel Obashe,
Head of Operations.
Emmanuel Obashe has over twelve years of managerial experience in engineering and administrative roles. With a B.Eng in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Minna and certifications in Project Management, Human Resource Management, Auctioneering, Digital Marketing among others.
He started his career with Bouygues Nigeria Limited as a Project Engineer on industrial attachment and was actively involved in supervising the construction of Appeal Court Headquarters & Abuja Division, Abuja, Nigeria. He also worked with INEC Nigeria as a Help-desk Engineer in charge of three Local Governments during the 2011 Voter Registration Exercise.
As Head of Operations, he creates policies to help achieve strategic goals and coordinate business operations to to fulfil customer or client expectations.
